RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unopened for health and hygiene reasons.

We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers, if item is returned in the original postal packaging. Please send to the address printed on your invoice, and simply pop the package into your nearest PostBox! Please remember to fill out the Customer Returns form found at the bottom of your invoice.

For UK & ROI customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels. Please return unsuitable items in their original postal packaging. Please send to the address printed on your invoice, and simply pop the package into your nearest PostBox! If you wish to return your items to ForeverFeeling, we offer FREE returns for UK Customers, if item is sent in its original postal packaging. We are unable to offer free returns to our international customers. All international returns should be sent to the address on the invoice with a completed customer returns form.

Firstly, let us apologise that your order was faulty. To ensure we are able to solve the issue, all faulty orders should be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the delivery. Please remember complete the customer returns form found at the bottom of your invoice.

UK customers please return the product in its original postal packaging. Please send to the address printed on your invoice, and simply pop the package into your nearest PostBox!

ROW and EUROPE Customers please post the item back to the address printed on your invoice. Please enclose proof / receipt of postage cost, in order for us to reimburse you the correct amount for your postage.

All returns will be processed by the team as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed from the date the item arrives back to us. Your refund will be applied to the original payment method and may take additional time to show in your account due to payment providers' processing times.

If after 30 days you have not received a refund, please provide us with details of your proof of postage from your return carrier receipt and we will look into the issue.

As soon as the returned parcel arrives into the Forever Feeling warehouse, an email notification will be sent to you. Once the return is processed another email will be sent to you.

Once a refund is made it may take between 3 and 5 working days to show in your account, due to the various payment processing times of the card issuers.

All returns should be sent via post office counters to the address printed on your invoice. We do not refund delivery costs for returns of international orders.

Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage. Keep your receipt of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Here at Forever Feeling unfortunately we are unable to process

Exchanges. Once your order arrives, simply return your unopened item to us and place a new order for the item of your choice.

All items should be returned in as-new condition, with all Forever Feeling seals still attached. We will be unable to accept any returns which do not meet these terms.
